Delete or change names of a group or skill

The deletion of groups/skills is performed in the Groups and skills window, which is opened via buttons in User accounts window or via menu choice Organise.

To delete a group/skill:

1. Select the group’s/skill’s short name in the list to the left in the window.
2. Click on the Delete button.
3. Click on OK in the dialogue box requesting confirmation.

Change name of group/skill

The names of groups/skills are changed in the Groups and skills window, which is opened via buttons in User accounts window or via menu choice Organise.

To change the name of a group/skill:

1. In the list of groups/skills, select the name that is to be changed.
2. Enter the name that is to replace the selected name.
